World Class Ink guarantees each cartridge to be free of defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Additional and/or Extended Warranties may also be included from each products' Manufacturer. *Manufacturer warranty varies by product. Please ask a customer service representative for details if needed.
World Class Ink Products are manufactured in an ISO 9002 plant under the strictest of quality control standards.
World Class Ink, at your choice, will credit you in full upon return or send a replacement immediately for any defective item.
World Class Ink will never sell any information collected from our customers during the ordering process to Internet or direct mail services.
